As we all expected, the course was way more difficult than the previous course, Biostatistics 1, however we helped each other using Whatsapp throughout the course. My research focuses on developments and applications of statistical and computational methods for cancer genomics data. For students attending the course Biostatistics (4,5 hp) course code 1BI043 . The goal of the course is to equip the participants with the basic statistical tools and concepts necessary to understand and conduct biomedical research. The backbone of the Karolinska Institutet Biostatistics Core Facility are its biostatisticians. The quality of the provided service ultimately depends on them.
